The attached EFI folder uses O.C 0.9.9 DEBUG Version. May be you get more info about how it works.

I kind of suspect that if nothing we are suggesting works - and even a complete EFI supplied by @Cosmix - that perhaps you have an incorrect setting in your BIOS.

Worth checking ...

there are not many success stories with AMD laptops
