Just made an update with OC 0.8.6 to MacOS 13.0.1 with the same config as you, except for the GC (Vega 64). The update took about 20 minutes with no issue.- 1sword

It depends as well on your system state, not necessarily on hardware. Processor should not be an issue, definitely not GPU, a RAM update could improve your performances (a little), my best guess would be your SSD (but I would not make any recommendation, I'm definitely not an expert ^^). Hide extra Windows partition in clover config error?
Hi @dementedhatter, i had the same "issue" than you with this useless "Windows boot from" option, and managed to remove it. I removed "Legacy" key from Boot section, set "XMPDetection" to false and set "GUI" > "Scan" > "Legacy" to false- 1sword
