see i understand that, and thats why i am/was very confused. But it works, i dont know what elsa to tell you. I didnt even do a reinstall. I ordered an MSI card from Amazon preemptively but refused delivery of it today, because the 970 SSC worked.

I got it working! This is how i did it! I got a new graphics card. Thats it, I had the eVGA 970 SC and I got a 970 SSC instead. Now everything works. 60Hz @ 4k. Happy days!
