Hi all, just upgraded 3 hackintoshes to 10.9 and now having the strangest file sharing issues. Internet works fine, and when I connect from one hackintosh to a real macbook pro or iMac via the network it works fine. However, if I try to connect from the real mac to the hackintosh I am not allowed to login!

Have tried all sorts of solutions, different supported network adapters, wifi cards, different logins, etc... but nothing works. It won't let me login as guest or using apple ID either.

Any ideas?

Did you ever get your file sharing issue resolved? I'm having the same problem with my MackBook Pro and my Hackintosh.

I can access my Hackintosh shared folders from my MacBook Pro just fine but i'm unable to access my MackBook Pro's shared files from my Hackintosh.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mahalo in advance!

I fixed it by turning off SMB sharing on all my computers under file sharing preferences

Having the same issue and I've got all the same settings on all of my computers threw the network. the only thing i can think is some sort of osx variance between mackintosh and official apple computers
