Issue with EL Capitan 11.10.6

I tried to create usb boot for EL Capitan 11.10.6 several times but it did not success. I always get the msg "Selected Mac OS Installer is Incomplete" even when i deleted the old installer and downloaded the new one from MAS as suggestion. Is there anyone else here got the same issue?

I just downloaded it and it's complete.

Did you empty the trash when you delete the "incomplete" versions?

I just followed your suggestion and i can create usb boot successfully.
