Trouble with HD4000

The grey screen I know. What meant is that after a short time on grey screen, it goes completely black as if the display was turned off way before the laptop shutdown.

Boot "-v" and see if you can determine the cause of the delay.

Could not find a working AppleHDA, someone pointed out that Voodoo worked. This a temporary solution. I will get back to audio once everything else is working.

VoodooHDA is known to cause stability problems. Might be better to deal without audio while you work on other things to be sure it isn't the cause.

Actually using the top search box on this site sometimes results in broken links, too. But mostly threads linking to old stuff.
e.g. 2nd post of http://www.tonymacx86.com/general/50715-setting-default-partition-boot.html

As far as I can tell, there's nothing that can be done there... Sometimes threads/posts are removed if the user is banned or there was content in the post contrary to the rules: http://www.tonymacx86.com/faq.php

Thank you RehabMan!! I've patched my DSDT and now my HP Sleekbook 15-b139ss has Intel HD4000 working.

My NUC does not have Intel HD4000. I have 3 different NUC models, two are Skylake, one Broadwell, none are Ivy/HD4000.

But HD4000 HDMI will work with the correct ig-platform-id value. Of course, NUC is a desktop, not laptop, so you should look into common desktop HD4000 ig-platform-id values (such as 0x0166000a). Also, desktop questions should be asked in the desktop forum.

Finally, there is at least one Ivy/HD4000 NUC guide available (in El Capitan Desktop Guides), maybe more.

Unfortunately my NUC is Ivy DC33217IYE HDMI only
If I use GraphicsEnabler=YES, my screen split in to 4 or wrong resolution, it seem QE/CE Enabled, but if GraphicsEnabler=No the result no QE/CI 1366x768

If i use dsdt patch ihd4k high res from your github it will stuck on iobluetoothcontroller (graphics problem)

btw i'll take a look in elcappitan desktop guide
