Thanks toleda, I'll get right on it... as soon as figure out why my Mac OS X disk is no longer showing up in the clover bootloader. Windows disk management shows the EFI, main data and Recovery partitions as being healthy - might just be a bootloader configuration issue. I'll report back with the files as soon as I can boot up EC again.

1. The sound output of my motherboard is not recognized. My current workaround is an USB sound card.
2. I am working with the GA Z170N-WIFI F7 UEFI and an i3-6100 with internal graphics only.

1. I tried the method with multibeast but it says 'Installation failed'. I installed the ALC1150 driver but I forgot to install the 100 series audio. When I try to install this again via multibeast I get an error.

2. Also I tried the audio-cloverALC-120 script but it fails, too. Output is attached with other requested files.​

Managed to get my audio working. I fresh installed twice, did the same step and both successfully got audio working.

Here is the step.

My components : i5-6500, Asus B150i Pro Gaming

1. Installation of El Capitan - follow the guide in installation section.
2. In my case, the ethernet is not working out of the box. So, I save MultiBeast in thumb drive. Copy the MultiBeast to Download folder and eject the USB (to prevent installing to wrong EFI).
3. Run MultiBeast tick Audio > Realtek ALCxxx > 100 Series Audio DONT tick ALC 1500 yet, you can choose others Misc, Network, etc.
4. Restart. I got my ethernet working after restart.
5. After restart, run MultiBeast again. Now tick ALC 1500 and restart.
6. After restart, go to system preference and you will notice your audio devices are there. :thumbup:

Troubleshooting

At first, when I execute MultiBeast with ticking both 100 series audio and ALC1500 in audio, no codec detected when I run codecdetect.command (refer to toleda audio guide).
After doing many times fresh install and running MultiBeast, I noticed audio codec is detected when running codecdetect.command when installing 100 series audio only. After codec detected the, ALC1500 will be recognised when installed.

Hope this can help. Different motherboard will have different problems but at least this can be one of your troubleshooting guide.

I'm so happy with my first hackintosh build :D
