Fixable or not? I will read your linked guide on USB again.

Not only read it, but you will need to implement the solutions within.

Thanks RehabMan. In my case all it took was change the controllers name to get BT. Another question, I have 3 USB 3.0 ports only. Why is it that I see (2) USB 2.0 and (1) USB 3.0?

Because your motherboard has both USB2-only controllers (EHCI) and a USB2/USB3 controller (XHCI).

Rehabman, just notice now a bug. After sleep wifi connection is lost. I have to reboot to establish. Any idea what may be happening or to look for?

Disable "Wake for network access" in SysPrefs->Energy Saver.

Your knowledge of this stuff is simply off the charts. Many thanks.

The issue came back, and I know what it is but don't know how to solve it. It seems I lost the 2.4GHz connection, so its connecting only on the 5Ghz. So when I move further out thats when it cannot reconnect after wake. Any ideas?

Can you connect to the 2.4Ghz network manually?
(it is probably not automatic, unless the 5ghz network is completely out of reach).

No it says no network exist. That explains why i was only seeing my network only when searching for networks. Where my other laptop populates all including my beighbors. Maybe delete network plist files, disable 5ghz and see what happens?

Never ran into anything like that. Have you tried a fresh install?
