As what the previous reply mentioned, OCLP 1.4.1 may solve.Updated my KabyLake to 14.4, no wifi, other things the same as written above by Happywombat.
Any help to solve the wifi issue? Thank you.
I got "no wi-fi"(Fenvi-T919) after updating sonoma 14.3.1 to 14.4 and with oclp 1.4.1 patching "successful" after the update.
oclp had been updated from 1.3.0 to 1.4.0 before the sonoma 14.4 update while it had been another update from 1.4.0 to 1.4.1 before applying the root patching with wireless network support.
Don't know whether it's related to the manual added kexts "IOSkywalkFamily.kext", "IO80211FamilyLegacy.kext" and "AirPortBrcmNIC.kext" for the legacy broadcom support in opencore. These kexts haven't been updated since sonoma 14.0.
Thank you very much! Works like a charm after replacing "IOSkywalkFamily.kext", revert to root and then re-apply the patches.
That is normal with this OS whether it is a clean install or just the update.Had some troubles because the progress bar after the download completion remained stuck at '30 mins missing', but the setup proceeded anyway.
