Is it possible without renaming usb hub, force acpi (ssdt-uiac containing usbx) to be used exclusively and block via injector smbios hub, port, and power injection?
I know pretty much no one is using amd gpu's I'm trying to get backlight to work on 5870m(aka 5770)
I noticed in older sierra supported iMacs that use dedicated gpu without switchable graphics still use AppleBacklight.kext even without igpu.
of course none of panel profiles match(even default)...
its a HM55 board setup mbp6,2. disabling USB allows sleep/wake and shutdown to work.
Had to create an injector for devices on EHC2, EHC1 is external ports only works OOB.

on my T300LA the install app wasn't working
created usb installer
installation was fine without using rootless=0 used same config.plist i use for yosemite
Only used rootless=0 to install AppleHDA/AGPM injection kext
removed rootless=0 once i finished installation then rebuilt caches
Audio works
