    Asus PCE-AC68 802.11ac card

Would maybe the option of installing the whole system in english or setting the location to US (before installing the PCIe card) make it support all the channels? I really do not think that there are different versions sold worldwide as mine in windows supports the full set of channels.

    Asus PCE-AC68 802.11ac card

Yes, with the PCE-AC68. As stated in my signature: Gigabyte Z87 HD3 and RT-AC68U At first, mine also said "Third-Party Wireless Card", but I got around this with erik's hint and now the network utility at least shows 600 Mbit/s (as theoretical maximum on channels 36-48?)

    Asus PCE-AC68 802.11ac card

So I read this thread very carefully as in my Hackintosh there is also said card working (almost fine up until now). Even erik's hint to make it appear as an internal AirPort card via HEX editing just worked fine for me. My problem is that I would like my WiFi to use channels above 100 for...

    [SOLVED]Can't get to the installation

No, it's what you call a "perfect copy" as it comes officially from apple to my university. I just wanted to make sure, that S-ATA-harddrive and S-ATA-DVD-drive work the same for the installation (but IDE doesn't).

    [SOLVED]Can't get to the installation

Re: Can't get to the installation You mean on Preboot.dmg? Actually there is only one DSDT.aml (ASUS P7P55D-LE, my Mainboard) in the root-directory. Or on the BootCD as well? (there is none right now)

    [SOLVED]Can't get to the installation

Re: Can't get to the installation The CD (2xx) doesn't work for me. In fact, no matter which CD I use (preconfigured ones from tonymac such as tonymacx86-P55BootCD-ASUS, -nv260 or even a system-specific Chameleon Boot CD (following the guide)... I always get to the same point. One important...
