I believe my problem was related to the CMOS Reset issue. Running this command seems to have fixed both issues:

10.6.8 worked flawlessly. Upgraded to 10.7.0 and then 10.7.2. All looked good at first. But now every so often (like every 15 minutes), the contents of the screen will disappear. The screen goes completely blue for a couple seconds, and then back to normal.

Attached is dsdt extracted from a Ubuntu Live CD. I updated BIOS to F12 this morning before taking clean dsdt.
I too have this board with a 10.6.6 system where everything works except for sleep. The sleep turns off machine except for System Fan, and then won't wake.
