    erik's "Tiny But Mighty" HTPC: ASRock Z370M-ITX/ac - i5-8400 - UHD 630 Graphics - High Sierra

I believe this is right. My understanding is that The rehab text allows all ports and the ssdt then tells the system which specific ports to enable. You’ll see that after loading the ssdt the non injected ports don’t show up. Anyone with Bluetooth issues—id try to grab my latest ssdt and keep...

Yes, I believe so. However, that's OK on 300-series. I believe since 100 series you can have up to 26 ports. See RehabMan's post here: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-USB-Inject-All I've tested every USB port.

Yes, they both do work for me. Mine is not a Lenovo card, it's "Anatel." Does it show up in system information? See attached screenshot. I just updated the zip in the first post to what's current on my build. Perhaps you can re-add the SSDT. It's possible the version on there did not have...

I’ve never been able to reliably make dual Ethernet work on my other machine, but admittedly I’ve never tried it on this machine.

    [SUCCESS] GA-Z370N-WIFI + i7 8700K + Vega 64

How is the Vega64 performance? Is it quiet? I've read about issues with fans?

Editing the amount of RAM dedicated to your video card may help glitching. I haven't experienced any glitching yet. As far as turbo, how are you checking? Intel power gadget? I think you have two options: 1) Make sure you have it generating p-states in Clover 2) Create a SSDT using...

Yes, it has a mount for two of them. I think the i5 would be too hot for two of them especially without side fans. I actually added one hdd since original build. It increased cpu temps by five degrees (32->37) because it blocks some exhaust. But still cool enough. You’ll definitely need a low...

I’ve never had intel power gadget go much over the rated 60w for my uses. I never measured using hardware 90 would probably work if you’re not doing high intensity work for long periods of time and you don’t have much else being powered by the PSU.

8400 has more than enough horsepower for work computer. I could easily use it for my work!

works the same, but you do need kexts to enable everything. see here: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-BrcmPatchRAM

Interesting. I’m trying to think of what is different in my build from yours. Same board. I switched out the Wifi card but I doubt that would matter. Neither of us are using external graphics cards. Are you using the same config.plist I attached? What about the Drivers64UEFI folder? That...

Lilu should work. Did you try latest version? One at a time, and then with IntelGraphicsFixup?

If you read my post all the way through, you’ll see that I tried an i3-8100, and you get no graphics acceleration. Unrelated to Lilu or Kexts. I upgraded to a i5-8400 because the iGPU works. The i3 and i5/i7 iGPUs have different device IDs (3e91 vs 3e92, 3e92 works, 3e91 doesn’t.)

Be aware that replacing the wifi chip does take a little work. You need to remove the metal-encasement using a screw driver (two screws). Then you have to disconnect the old card from the antennas, replace the new card, slide it back into the M2 slot, and re-screw it. It's not extremely...

I’ve stuck with HFS on all my builds so far. There doesn’t seem like much upside to APFS for desktop yet, besides the cool snapshot stuff. I don’t have a strong opinion but I’ve not yet been compelled—longer boot times plus uncertainty over things working right doesn’t sound like a good deal...

Thanks! The gaming itx board costs $50 more and I do not need its features. Looks like a good board though if you want what it has to offer!
