yosemite laptop

Hi everyone, i'm trying to boot the yosemite installer on my toshiba laptop and i'm getting this error regarding the usb (1st image) and after a while it gets like it's shown on the 2nd image. Already tried booting with -x and used the usb 2.0, but i'm still stuck with this. Any ideas?
