I have some extra NUCs laying around, and been wanting to build a miniature G4 Cube. I finally purchased the solvent/adhesive so I can now try the Acrylic case. I also have a broken iPad 2 Air laying around and thought the screen was ok, but it turns out there are some flaws... Anyway, the iPad 2 Air screen is 7.9", so would make a great miniature Apple Cinema Display at about 60% (my cube will be about 60% scale). So, this is my 3rd attempt at drape forming some acrylic (first 2 tries were on my Macintosh Classic II cover screen).

A test form for the back of the monitor (clear acrylic), 10 inches wide:

Hi @phunguss. Now that AMD iGPU is working I was wondering if you had a future build involving a embedded APU in mind.

Round 2: Particle board. I had some tool issues... but I can fill it with putty and sand. It is the back side, so who is going to see that anyway? It should be fine to use as a test mold. Here it is with the iPad Air 2 sitting on it and a paper frame printed to size.
