Check out the user builds and find a board that more closely resembles the ones in the user builds might help the learning curve. If you need wifi and BT for Continuity and you want to run Sonoma you may need to look into OCLP since Sonoma killed off the drivers for Broadcom wifi. If you want to stick with Ventura you will have slightly easier time.

According to various reviews there is virtually no, or very little, performance difference between the 13600KF (13600K) and the 14600KF (14600K).

Also, to use the 14600KF a BIOS update may be required for the motherboard.

So if I were you I would have opted for the 13600KF rather than the 14600KF, especially if the 14600KF is more expensive.

I don't need Wifi but BT maybe useful for keyboard + mouse. Will have a look. Thanks

You're right. Better save money for the possible very last Hackintosh for the next 5-6 years. At the end, the little performance difference will not show up at daily usage. Thanks
