i7 14700KF hyperthreading and real speed

Hello! I have a problem (maybe I don't know something) with the cpu...14700 in a configuration of open core I don't see hyperthreading active (it is in the bios) and i see 28 cores, in another configuration I see hyperthreading but only 8 cores and it is slower.....
In general comparing geekbench score with similar components is 10-15% slower...even when I see 28 cores...

Pc is in this configuration:
m/b asus prime-a z790 wifi
intel i7 14700KF
ddr5 6000
rx6800xt

what am I doing wrong?

Try Bios advanced cpu E-core = 0 P-core = All Hyper = true
