iMac 5K 2015 late (iMac17,1) Ventura Help

Host: iMac 5K 2015 late (iMac17,1)
Boot: OCLP 1.4.2
cpu: i7-6500
gpu: amd m380 2gb
igpu: Intel HD 530
System: macOS 13.0~13.6.5
After reinstalling the newly installed macOS, the screen is stuck on the Hello Welcome screen.
When I press any key on the keyboard and mouse the screen will flash black then go to startup progress bar and return to Hello Welcome.
It will happen again when I press the keyboard and mouse so that I can’t get to the next step.

Finally i reinstall macOS12(12.7.4) then upgrade to Ventura(13.6.5) for skip the Hello Welcome screen
It is OK.
