lenovo x220(intel hd3000) catalina resoution1366*768 problem

I had installed catalina 10.15.7 several times with different ways always i am getting resolution 1024*768, my laptop supports 1366*768, but this is enough for learning swift language in xcode,problem is only video players not working fine and some apps showing displays bigger, cannot adjustable it is irritating while working, So my need is to get only full resolution,so what to do?sorry for my english
Note: I have also installed Hisierra also it is also showing same problem,screen shot attached
