RX 6600 works well in Ventura macOS.

Well, the title of the guide I linked says:

"For your Monterey, Ventura or Sonoma Hackintosh." It doesn't say Catalina because some
of the AMD cards in the guide will not work with Catalina or older. RX6600 is one of them.

No, it won't. RX 6600 is only supported on MacOS Monterey and later.

If you don't plan on upgrading your OS, you will have to go find, say, a RX 460, RX 560 or RX 5500 XT. These cards are out of production and can only be found second hand.
