PowerMac G4 mb standoff

Can someone help me out?
I have a couple of g4s and want to swap in an ITX or MATX mobo
Can someone tell me the correct height of the brass mobo standoffs?
I've cut some plexi mockups of itx and MATX mobos and hole locations are not a problem, but I want to order standoffs so a height would be a great info to have.
I also have a 6/32 tap (a rare find in Europe), so that's not an issue..
Please help!

For my build I used a kit from "The LaserHive". The included mother board standoffs are 9mm height, but they include an additional washer, so without these it would be 10mm height.
