Bulldozer, Jaguar, Ryzen and Threadripper's are the only ones supported

Hello,
Try to search "Socket AM3+" motherboards.

After finding one, check the supported CPUs ( may need a BIOS update ).
Then search Dortania.

If you want Sonoma and are serious about hackintoshing, it would make more sense to go with an AM4 system. You can buy a 4 Core 8 thread Ryzen 3 CPU that is way more capable than an older FX (2011 era) CPU. Price is very affordable too. AMD AM4 boards are cheap too. $141 for the CPU/Board then just add DDR4 ram 2 x 8GB.

16GB Team DDR4 kit: https://www.amazon.com/TEAMGROUP-T-...0-Desktop/dp/B08PJNVWNZ/?tag=tonymacx86com-20

If you don't want to spend anything and just tinker around try what you have already but the end results won't be great imo.

Personally I wouldn't bother as this is an AMD CPU from 2012. Buying a suitable AM3+ motherboard (secondhand) would probably cost as much if not more than a Dell OptiPlex 3050 (Skylake or Kaby Lake system) SFF or MFF system on eBay. These are from 2017/18 so much more recent than the FX8320. They are able to run Ventura and with a bit of effort Sonoma at a decent level.

I have retired my Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0/FX 8320/RX 580 Hack because it is painful to run any version of macOS newer than Catalina. The USB configuration on these old AM3+ boards is a mess, with most of the ports only working at USB 1.1 speed. I had to add a Fresco Logic PCIe USB adapter to get a suitable number of USB ports working on the system.

Using an NVME drive for macOS and maxing the RAM made little difference to the overall performance of the AMD FX system in Big Sur and Monterey. Both were lethargic and tiresome to use.

Msi b450m tomahawk and ryzen 2600 ?

Hello,
It seems Ryzen 5 2600 does not have iGPU. So you may need a dGPU.
Read here :

Take @Edhawk' advise above (use cheap pre-built PCs )
=========

There are also some new motherboards (MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, AsRock) using H470 chipset.
These boards may offer iGPU 630 when using non-F Intel CPUs ( i.e. Core i3-10105, Core i5-10400, etc )
So, you may install Ventura, Sonoma ( Monterey is rather old )

Do your re-search and find out what suits you, do not buy blind.

Example : GA H510M S2H V3, AsRock H510M-H2/M.2 SE, Asus PRIME H510M-A R2.0, MSI PRO H510M-B

Think about ...

Cheers :)

The Ryzen B450 motherboard and 2600 CPU would be fine for a Hack, with the normal AMD caveats, using the latest AMD Kernel Patches.

The Dortania OC Ryzen guide is a simple enough process to follow.

Your AMD dGPU R9 380 is supported up to and including macOS Monterey. It needs a spoofed device ID (device-id from R9 380X) IIRC.

waiting for configuration on weekend,i hope
i will try 13.6.5 ventura with rx 560 4gb
