getting started from scratch

alright so I just starting looking into this today and I need some advice on what to buy. I want to go extreme from a resources standpoint. Some of you may say this is unnecessary but it is what i want.
between 8GB and 16GB of ram depending on channel.
duel video cards. either cross fire or sli. I want to be about to run 3 montitors at at least 1920 by 1080( for wow so i can use three screens)
probably quad core i7.
I also want to run a ssd for os and then a 2-3 tb for storage.

Any suggestions were to start is mucho appreciated. Even entire build recommendations would be awesome. I do want to over clock this system.

I also plan on doing virtualization with something like parallels

Are there any issues with Asus MoBos? Are they supported because I would prefer to stick with them for the majority of everything.

Did no count my wattage up so I may need something a little different. My end goal is at some point to get to 3 monitors and I am not sure if it is possible with hackintosh/my setup.

Also plan on having a SSD for installing osx and then a 2-3 tb drive for media and a third for windows.
