Enabling both motherboard and video card outputs with a SB?

So yeah, I'd love if there was a way to do this. I have a Asus p8z68-v pro with a sandybridge. I want to be able to use ~both~ my motherboards HMDI and my gtx570's. The main reason is that I have my TV connected to my motther board so as to cut down on the power usage. Has anyone found a way to do this yet?

under windows you can use lucid virtue with a Z68 chipset. Under OSX may never happen
