Frequent GSOD when running P2P clients - need help. plzzz

Im running lion on my g73jw and it runs perfectly. Except when i run shakespeer or ut*****t i get the Grey Screen of death. The one in multiple languages.
I have no idea whats wrong. So please help out. Im that close to having lion run perfectly.
And yes i have searched google inside out and cannot find any solution.

i used iboot and multi beast. upon install i used easy beast and only selected VoodooHDA 0.2.2 to get audio working. Install graphics driver for gtx 460m and installed the cuda driver from nvidia. By this time most things were working except i had the shutdown problem. So i installed a dsdt from that program called auto dsdt patcher. The auto patcher did not have a dsdt for the g73jw so i just install the dsdt for the g73jh.

other kexts i used were for the battery icon, BEGIN configuration fix.

oh and i also installed Macosupdcombo 10.6.8.

i then used xmove and installed lion.

I have not changed the bootloader since easy beast. sorry for being a noob but how would i find out what bootloader I'm using?
