GeForce 8400GS 512MB Graphics Card

Hi,

anyone know if there is a kext out there for the Geforce 8400GS card? Am running SL 10.6.6, and it doesn't detect the card (uses a compatible driver, hence no acceleration and limited resolution options). The resolution is stuck at 1024x768. Am trying to change to a higher resolution.

I have the 8400GS- for GraphicsEnabler to work, if you're not using a DSDT, you must have the PCI Root fix. Install using Multibeast, or enter this into your /Extra/com.apple.Boot.plist under Kernel Flags.

What PCI Root fix are you referring to? Used the latest Multibeast, which included the Nvidia package. Boot.plist is as such:-

Added the PCIRootUID=1, and made no difference. Any other suggestions that I could try?
