I wnt to install MAC on my Dell Inspiron N4010

Hi,
I have a Dell inspiron N4010 i5-M450 @2.40 Ghz, 4Gb Ram integrated graphics card. i want to install Mac on this. Please guide me the steps as i m new user. and also tell me whether my wireless lan card, sound card is going to work or not.

Please do a little research first as to which chipsets your Dell uses for LAN, Wi-Fi, sound etc. and post your results here.

Can anybody help how I can install MAC on this laptop? And I should install Snow Leopard or Lion?!
