I think that tonymacx86's download section has already been updated.

Check your BIOS settings and make sure you installed Chimera 1.9.2.

Here my GA-Z68XP-UD3 i7-2600K running at 4.2 GHz:

Doesn't work for me either, but I'm using a Asus P8P67, not a Gigabyte board...
It shows the 3.3 stock of my 2500k but it's definitively running at 4.4
