I wanted to start a thread where we can discuss nice iPhone apps that we can use as HTPC remotes, keyboards, and/or mice. So, I'll start!
Last night I discovered Rowmote Pro last night! It's an amazing iPhone app that lets you connect to your mac over WiFi (so, no real range restrictions a la 2.4Ghz wireless and bluetooth).
It supports multi-tough gestures such as two finger scrolling, and pinch to zoom in and out (FANTASTIC for using with the HTPC, so you can zoom in on webpages and read content in 1080p!).
It also has an "Applications" screen, which, at the top, shows all of your dock items. For example, mine has Finder, and Plex. I tap plex, boom, plex opens right up. The App's default state if for use as a remote (think: Apple remote), but with a tap of an icon in the top left corner i get full mouse control, and then with either a tab of the keyboard button or a shake of the phone i get a keyboard! While the keyboard is active, you still retain a small area for mousing and multi-gestures (think: MacBook Pro trackpad).
The app is simply amazing. It's $4.99 in the app store.
All of the above said, it's the only app I've tried so far. What are some of the Apps you guys have used?
