OpenCore Big Sur does not get to the installer

I checked "Audio CODEC dump" and found that the layoutID for HP 800 G1 TWR did not exist. In my case, he could not output speaker output because the NodeIDs were almost the same, but he was able to use layoutID = 11. The question is, ``So what should we do?'' In order of likelihood of success...

OpenCore Big Sur does not get to the installer

Regarding AppleALC, selectable IDs are listed here, but it seems to be 15 instead of 11, so I'll check it as well. I can't answer about Wifi as I don't use it. ADD; I forgot to mention where to set layoutID. DeviceProperties/Add/PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1B,0x0)/layout-id is currently 11, so try 15 or 88.

OpenCore Big Sur does not get to the installer

If the display is normal with the value of AAPL,ig-platform-id, the settings of PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0) will be as follows. Please correct PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0) and boot the SSD from USB to check. I also updated the BIOS to v02.71, thank you.

OpenCore Big Sur does not get to the installer

Please delete Kernel/Add/Item10, it is a kext for my RX460 that I have not included in EFI. ADD: I think the SSD/HDD cannot be read. Since UEFI/APFS is set for BigSur, please format it with APFS & GUDI and try installing again.

OpenCore Big Sur does not get to the installer

You formatted your SSD/HDD as APFS & GUID before installing, right? Add -v to NVRAM/Add/7C436110-AB2A-4BBB-A880-FE41995C9F82/boot-args Please set Misc/Debug/Target = 67 and check the log. You should now have OpenCore logs stored in EFI.

Please try resetting NVRAM once after booting from USB, and selecting SSD/HDD after rebooting.

Please set DeviceProperties/Add/PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0) /AAPL,ig-platform-id in this manual and look for the settings that display correctly. ADD; I forgot to check, but is the BIOS version V02.65?

OpenCore Big Sur does not get to the installer

I have attached the EFI that I am using, so please make the following modifications and try it out. NVRAM/Add/7C436110-AB2A-4BBB-A880-FE41995C9F82/prev-lang:kbd is set to Japanese, so please modify it to your language. PlatformInfo/Generic/SystemProductName GenSMBIOS Type (If set to IMac15,1...

When installing Ventura from USB on Sandy Bridge no OS disk recognized at first reboot

Try adding amfi=0x80 to boot-args: while booting from SSD/HDD and see if OCLP is applicable.

    Sonoma on Ivy Bridge

There was something wrong with Safari's display, so I just set it to 16GB, which is the same as other models I own. I have no complaints about the processing speed, but when using his HP8300CMT with his RX570 GPU, I can see that the display is faster. If there are no abnormalities, I think you...

[Guide] HP Elite 8300 & 6300 Pro (all form factors) using Clover UEFI hotpatch

Is AMFIPass.kext included? I think you need to include -amfipassbeta in boot-args to enable it. Since I don't use wireless communication, try setting SMBIOS = iMac13,2 in this guide. Since this is a common topic on Ivy Bridge, I think it's easier to get an answer if you ask your question in...

Catalina - NVidia GeForce GT 710 boot on safe mode only

I agree with your opinion that you should use another model because it actually requires troublesome work and knowledge. However, I think this knowledge is unavoidable when using Nvidia GPU.
