This is to let you know i got an Apple Wired Keyboard 2nd gen A1243 to work in Windows 7. It's a keyboard with the §± key on the top left.
It turns out you can download Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator (MSKLC) Version 1.4. You should be getting
Name: MSKLC.exe
Size: 12411688 bytes (11 MiB)
CRC32: 3EC63675
CRC64: B14293AF2FE5EAEB
SHA256: cd12a6b08066133dc4ad71bdcaccf1492e3d9a1de93cf84b7b2824309f0d7255
SHA1: b202a5b718ee52c2446bfbb133f17404762d7f9f
BLAKE2sp: 257ed5a78a74a7c9637877f639ba4019393ad2d584ff8aee5827b65b89fb787d

Run that program and start editing your keyboard layout:

This program will create an installable keyboard driver. Install your own edited keyboard, go
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Devices and Printers, select your keyboard, File -> Region and Language -> 'Keyboards and Languages' tab -> [Change Keyboards...] button
Change your default keyboard to your own keyboard and delete all the others.
