Graphics Acceleration/ GPU Process isn't Usable (Sonama 14.3.1)

Could someone please help me as to why some of my applications using GPU to load aren't working? For instance I have this script from a music app I use Splice. I've attached my config.plist and the terminal code that's causing the issue.

agdpmod=pikera not required with RX580 graphics.
Device properties look wrong - See the Dortania guide.

I've fixed both those things still the same issue.
