I just got an HP PRODESK405 g4 desktop mini pc with an AMD athlon pro 200ge processor with/radeon vega graphics
can I put a hackintosh and what OS version to install?
is there an EFI to share please

Don't expect much performance in macOS out of a 2 core 2 thread, 35W CPU.
Zen based Athlons are supported with a lot of patching. You can try the Dortania guide first.

Look into using NootedRed kext to get it working. Try Ventura. AMD-OSX site is a good resource to use when you get stuck. They focus on only AMD hacks. Here it's mainly Intel.
