Boot to recovery and run First Aid on the drive.

Your kernel (not kernal) panic is related to a file system problem.
Run First Aid on all connected drives.

If that is really the case then disconnect all other drives than the OS drive.
Format the drive and restore your backup.

Is it possible to know which drive cause the issue?

Of course.

Disconnect all drives other than the OS.
Test.
If it doesn't work you found the fault.
If it boots then add another drive and test again until you find it.
