You are attempting to install High Sierra on an Intel Alder Lake system with a 12th generation CPU?
High Sierra has no support for such new hardware. You may not be able to install.
Your GTX 1050 Ti is not supported on MacOS after High Sierra due to lack of drivers. My suggestion is that if you really want to try to install MacOS on your system, you should replace your graphics card with a supported AMD card like the RX 580 and try a later version of MacOS like Monterey and Ventura. You will also have to switch to the OpenCore bootloader in this case.
