AMD just can't compete with Nvidia when it comes to gaming GPUs. Total domination by the Green team.
The RTX 3060 12 GB has held the top spot for years now. Will turn 3 years old in just over a month.

According to my Micro Center research visits, more Nvidia graphics cards are returned than AMD ones. I would like know how many Nvidia cards are returned compared to AMD cards, that would be an interesting statistic!.
IMO the eight core Ryzens are great value for money, the price difference between a 5600X and the 5700X is negligible now on Newegg!.

There's a few reasons for that. Nvidia cards are bought in much higher volumes by gamers. I'd guess that there are many returns within the 1 month return period. Strapped for cash young gamers really can't afford $300 for a good graphics card. They go on a gaming binge for 29 days, return it for a refund, then buy another Nvidia RTX 3060 from somewhere else. Rinse and repeat. Gaming is very addictive. Addicts will do whatever it takes to keep it going.

With the Holiday return policy, gamers can use a card for 75 days and then return it. Even without a receipt !

Amazon currently has the #5 best selling CPU, the Ryzen 7 5700X at $168 in their Spring sale!. Great value IMO for a very capable chip!.

The 5700X has moved up a spot to number #4 this week in the the top 10 best selling processors, with a new price of $163, its lowest yet. The top ten is made up from 6 AM4 chips, 2 AM5, 1 Intel 12th gen and one 14th gen. LINK

Not to rub salt into Intels wounds, but the top ten selling motherboards are not telling a better story.

The top ten best selling graphics cards have a surprise at #2, an RX 580 for $95.99!, weren't they worth $1800 during the pandemic?. LINK

That's pretty good gaming build for under $350!.
