Use Old Parts with a newer version of macOS ?

The kexts seem to be ok.

But your USB map does not look OK.
"USB headers" on the motherboard must have UsbConnector number 255.
Find the port in which you inserted the BT cable of the TP-Link PCI-E adapter and edit it ( must be 255)

Also the USB 2.0 (black) ports on the rear side of PC must have UsbConnector number 0 ( see H10 below)
Here is an example.
Re-check documentation regarding mapping USB ports.
how I find the port where I put the bt adapter? is a PCI express.

UPDATE:
find that in Hackintool

where I can modify the value?

The TP-Link Adapter has a cable that MUST be inserted in a USB header on the motherboard.
This is the port that must be edited as 255.

But ... the USB map must be well defined without mistakes regarding any selected ports !!!!
Be carefull.

Go to the USB tab of hackintool

Use a USB2.0 stick and a USB 3.0 stick and check the "exterior" ports.

Using Hackintool you should see "differences" when your BT's connector is / is not inserted in the USB header on your motherboard.
That port should be edited to have a value of 255.

To edit, go to OC > Kexts and right-click USBPorts.kext. Select "Show package Content".
Open the Contents folder and open the Info.plist file with ProperTree ( same way as opening config.plist).

Edit whatever you need, save the file, reboot, reset Nvram ....

Update :
Use this layout to help you identify the "external" ports.

Ok, I don't have a usb 2.0 but I see the position of the port 2.0(black) and I modify the value with Hackintool and check the info.plist

also, I see that the PCI port of my wifi/bluetooth card is the HS10 and I did the same process, modify in hackintool (from usb 3.0 to internal)... I check the info.plist and I see that HS10 value is 255. I attached the EFI

A USB 2.0 stick inserted in a USB 3.x port is used for determining the "companion port (HSxx)" of that USB3.x port ( identified as SSyy)

Using any stick identify the two external USB2.0 ports and assign them the value 0.
Finally you must exclude some ports ( in Info.plist comment out ) and keep maximum 15 ports !

there is a 15 port limit, you have 19 listed

HS07 and HS08 should be listed as USB3

you have to remove 4 ports, suggest HS10 + SS10 and maybe HS09 and SS09
but the choice is yours

hs07 and hs08 correspond to 2.0 ports on the motherboard, should I put them as 3.0 anyway?

so SS07 and SS08 didn't light up green when you put in a usb3 device?

yes, when I put my usb 3.0 in the port only hs07 (and hs08) make the green light.. ss07/08 did nothing

ok, then remove SS07 and SS08 if they didn't light up at all

what about ss10 and ss02, did they light up?
