Sorry to bother you again,
Please let me know what all do I need to do(as in Config.plist or Kexts etc) if i want to upgrade my LED from 1366x768 to full HD 1920x1080?
Do i need to do that before or after upgrade?

There are a variety of ways to do it, but probably the best way is to re-patch DSDT for the high resolution display just prior to installing it.

Can you please guide me to a tutorial for this using clover method because this tutorial is working up with an Extra folder like with Chameleon(http://www.tonymacx86.com/hp-proboo...isplay-upgrade-1080p-update-2012-06-30-a.html)

Just last...is it safe to re-patch dsdt and go through this procedure...like there would not be any KP or any crash?? and should i select Patch DSDT only option or the entire selection??

Once you patch DSDT for the high resolution screen, you'll no longer be able to use the internal display until you replace it. Just DSDT section/procedure.
