Hi everyone!
I bought a new external display, 25" UltraWide LG 25UM58-P IPS and I'm having trouble outputting the display's native resolution of 2560x1080 through HDMI, Yosemite only detects up to 1920x1080 (no such issue on Windows 10 on the same laptop). I'm running 4540s (i5 Sandy Bridge) with Yosemite 10.10.5. I already tried SwitchResX, but no luck: I tried defining a custom resolution but it doesn't work.
If anyone has any ideas, it would be much appreciated.
