Clover missing icons after update

I updated Clover version from 4061 to 5114 and now my Apple and Windows icons are replaced with this.

I also have this strange green scroll bar.

How can I fix this?

Clover.app -> theme manager -> optimize

The thing is, whatever other theme I choose it gives me big icons

Resolution is properly set up to 1366x768.
