Dell OptiPlex 3060 i5-8500 Help with EFI

Hi, I'm trying to install macOS Ventura on my OptiPlex but I got stuck during boot. Please can someone help me?

This works fine for my Dell Optiplex 3070 and I have installed Sonoma Successfully. Thank you so much @Edhawk !!

Due to hardware limitation on 3070, I would like install Sonoma/Ventura on Dell Optiplex 5090 and hardware detail as below:

Dell Optiplex 5090

11th Generation Intel Core i5-11500
SPEED 2.70 GHz to 4.60 GHz
CACHE 12 MB
Intel UHD Graphics 750
DDR4 16Gb
Two DisplayPort 1.4 ports (rear)

If anyone here could please provide efi for this would be really great help. Thank you in advance!

CPU integrated graphics of this system is NOT supported. You need a supported AMD graphics card to install and run MacOS on this system.
