Disk Imaging Software

Hi Gang.
Can anyone recomend the best disk imaging software that works with Hackintoshes?
I'd like to be able to roll back easily if an update or fat finger destroys System.

Carbon Copy Cloner is very good and I rely on it. Use it to clone your system drive, then make a copy of your EFI. CCC lets you test drive a full featured version before you buy.

There is also Super Duper, but I haven't used it.
