GA-Z87N-WIFI/ i7 4770K FREEZE IMAGE

Hey guys! I build up my first hackintosh A custo mac mini deluxe, and was fione at the begginig ...but suddenly starts to boot but freeze into the mac log , with the interface freeze.

What could I do?
In the meantime I upgraded the OSx but nothing happens..
The card graphic are the integrated
Please any suggestion?

Are you using XMP Memory?

If so, try disabling it
