How do you manage BIOS settings when multi-booting with Windows 10?

Thanks all, this thread was so helpful. I was worried I'd stuff up the Windows 10 install (recently just fixed it due to not going down this path) it works perfectly now. BTW - feel free to comment if something doesn't look right here.
