HP ProBook 4540s - Graphical Glitch - Intel HD 3000

Howdy there,

It's my first post here and it is related to my second hackintosh install.

Specs:

HP ProBook 4540s (without AMD Graphics card)
12GB DDR3 1600Mhz
Intel Core i5 2450M - Intel HD 3000

Details

In "About this Mac" the Graphics section says "Intel HD 3000 512MB".

However when I am browsing for instance, I can see white lines appearing onto the screen and it starts flickering.

Do you have any idea why this is happening? If so, is there a way to fix it?
