Install hangs after "DSMOS has arrived"

I've been trying to install El Capitan on my ASUS ROG GL752VW-DH71 for a couple hours now. Whenever I try booting into the installer, it reaches a certain point and then switches to a black screen and hangs. In verbose mode it reaches DSMOS has arrived, spits out two lines and before I can read them switches to a black screen and hangs.

I've tried these boot flags: "-x -v nv_disable=1"

CPU: i7 6700HQ
GPU: GTX 960M

Pay attention the Skylake info in the FAQ. It is important.
