Is the Core i9-10850KA (Avengers Limited Edition) the same than 10850K,
(only packaged with additional game) and should work like 10850K for building a Z490 hack ?

I got it! 10850KA is actually a 10850K coming with a Marvel packaging (but game not included)
it seems the "A" extension is just for the packaging, not for the CPU inside the box...
Anyway its works fine, I succeed installing Catalina.
