I suppose you are referring to the Geekom Mini IT13?

Apparently this system is based on Intel 13th generation platform, and with such a small case no AMD graphics cards can be installed.

So, no, this system will not work (well) with MacOS as the CPU integrated graphics is NOT supported.

Unless due to budget constraints, I would suggest investing in a Mac mini if you want a small system to run MacOS.
