Interesting to see it works. Thanks for posting.

PS your english is easily understandable. I hate people that give foreigners a hard time about their english. Most people who use it as their first language don't have correct english. Try learning it as a second. I am only ever impressed by people who go to the extreme length of learning english. It is a silly language!!

Hey!

I have MacBook 13 iSight camera, but I have no cord. Don't you have a pinout so I could solder the cord right to the board?

Is very difficult solder wires to board, but no impossible ;-)

Oh man, thank you!

You have the same board as me (visually). But there is no mic at mine, the rest is the same (components and pin connector location). It's still hard to understand which wire connects which pin, is there any opportunity for you to discover that? It would be awesome if you will, cos you're the only source of this info for me right now =)

Thanks!

Hi, I am trying to hope you.... ;-)

External orange (pcb right) to black (usb GND)
internal orange to red (usb +5v)

Blue cable really is two very tiny cables

Blue to green (usb data +)
Brown to white (usb data -)

If you need anything more ... :)

fontanero, thanks for your reply!

But actually I am interested in pinout, so I want know what are the pins without cable at all.

Please, see the attachment, you will get what I mean.

I am almost sure about both orange wires, but the rest are a puzzle. By the way oranges are also suggestion.

WARNING. Attachment contains wrong pinout which may harm your camera or mobo, be careful with that soldering tool in your hand ;)

Ok, two pins connector on the left is out of use, only first 4 connectors (right to left).

Ok in picture

So as I understand right to left:

Code:
1. GND (paired)
2. +5 (paired)
3. D+
4. D-
5. NC
6. NC

Super! Will try soon. Thanks!

Hmmm. Something is definitely wrong... I made a cable from old one from old HDD internals. And no connection. Camera even wasn't detected.

It seems that camera needs some magic cable =)

Soooo pity! =(
