Media test failure, check cable

I am trying to install macOS High Sierra to my old Dell Inspiron 1564. I wrote the file to usb but when i boot usb with the right config it says media test failure, check cable then Exiyong PXE ROM then Operating system not found

if you have a Dell laptop, then Motherboard should say:

Dell Inspiron 1564

fill out your cpu and graphics correctly please

if so then please update Graphics:
ATI Radeon 5000HD please (first check in windows device manager -> Graphics to make sure it only says AMD, if it also says Intel then your hardware profile should only say the Intel Graphics as dual graphics is unsupported)
